Privacy is of utmost importance at Reimagine Strategy. We recognize the significance of protecting information which is stored or protected using Re:Imagine applications. This Privacy Policy informs you of the ways we work to ensure the privacy and confidentiality of your information and describes the information we gather, how we use that information and the circumstances under which we disclose such information to third parties.
In this Privacy Policy, the term “Services” has the same meaning as described in the Terms of Service. If you do not agree with this Privacy Policy, in general, or any part of it, you should not use the Services. This Privacy Policy is periodically reviewed to ensure that any new obligations and changes to our business model are taken into consideration. We may amend this Privacy Policy at any time by posting an amended version on our website.
What information do we collect and what do we do with your information?
Re:Imagine does not collect, store or sell any of your personal information, nor any of your files. Both your personal data and your files are encrypted by the Re:Imagine application on your device. This encrypted data only temporarily exists on our servers and is deleted once the destination device picks it up. Re:Imagine does not have the keys nor the capability to decrypt any of this information. If any government agency requests your personal data or files in an unencrypted format, Re:Imagine is technically unable to provide this to them.
All payments to Re:Imagine are transacted through third parties (Apple Pay or Google Payments), and those third parties do not provide Re:Imagine with any of your credit card or other personal financial information.
Consent to anonymous logging
While we do not have access to any of your personal data, Re:Imagine may keep anonymized logs of user activity (“User Logs”) for certain apps. By using Re:Imagine or any of its Services, you are consenting to your activity being included in our User Logs. User Logs allow us to evaluate how our products are being used, without providing us with any details of who is using our product.

These third parties may use first-party cookies to track user interactions to collect information about how users use our website. This information is used to compile reports and to help us improve our website. The reports disclose website trends without identifying individual visitors.
